Drawback Outdoors Shipping Policy

We try our absolute best to ship orders out the day after an order is placed, sometimes even the same day. But, please allow 3-4 business days for us to get your order shipped out. This does not include pre-orders which these can take up to two weeks to ship from purchase date. Please email drawback.outdoors1@gmail.com right away if you notice the address you entered on your order is incorrect. Drawback Outdoors is not responsible for wrong address deliveries and you will be charged a reship fee if your order is sent back to us. All orders are shipped out of Pennsylvania.  Also, please be patient with us as weekends are the only days we have off, we are not in the office seven days out of the week. If we are on vacation we will leave a note on the header of my website to ensure you know that your order will not ship out until we return. Please allow 48 hours after sending us an email to respond, if you do not receive a response after two days please send us another email (this applies for weekends as well). We appreciate your love and support so much and we hope you love your order!
